The Sapphire Series / 16763B built by Cavco Dorchester is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 1,140 square feet on a 76-foot frame. One end holds the master bedroom and its bath with a bench and foyer, and the living room has a flat ceiling. The island kitchen with pendant lights and a galley sink, the nook, and a utility room lead to two more bedrooms and a second bath at the far end. An alternate kitchen that omits the curio cabinets is drawn. This floor plan is part of Cavco Dorchester's Reserve home line.
